Orders can be cancelled for all products NOT collected or NOT delivered up to 14 days after order. 

The above cancellation policy applies to all online products expect on Special order/ taylor-made products (these are clearly stated on the product page) . If cancellation happens after this 14 day time a collection and restocking fee will be payable.
